3 Thirds was incorporated as an S-corp in 2004 by Teresa Smith.

The company was formed mainly as a means to distribute educational material about physical, emotional, and spiritual health. 

Over time, we have expanded our offerings to incorporate health products and services, as well as business opportunities for enhancing financial health.

Teresa Smith had been a teacher and writer for over twenty years when her chronic health issues became unbearable.
